Refund / Return Policy:

Returns / refunds are only offered on defective product up to 30 days after you receive your order. Defective product is required to be returned before a replacement/refund can be issued.

Help! I received the wrong product.

Every order is checked twice but sometimes mistakes happen. If you happen to receive the wrong product you MUST contact us within 48 hours of you receiving your package. Fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page. Please include your order number and what was exactly in the package you received.

Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Bear Booties Cloth Diapers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is returned (marked undeliverable) you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee's.

International Shipping: we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Soap Ingredients

Bear Booties soap products are 100% homemade using the cold process method. Each recipe is handcrafted by me to achieve different skin soothing properties.

Generally, all soap from Bear Booties will contain: Water, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Soy Bean Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Essential oils / Fragrance Oils, Sweet Almond Oil, Mica Powder (Colorant).
